Read important licence information about single-user access

A Single User Licence (SUL) for online access to the contents of the British Pharmacopoeia is granted on a Named User basis

The terms and conditions of the single user online licence can be found at:

https://www.pharmacopoeia.com/single-user-online-licence

The site’s terms and conditions, including our cookie policy, privacy policy and acceptable use policy can be found at:

Cookies need to be enabled and kept on a device so that the unique cookie created by the combination of the browser and the device used to access the site can be recorded. This cookie will become one of your registrations which will be checked to ensure it is valid for logging into the subscription account

A total of two registrations are allowed against a SUL subscription account

If a new cookie is detected on a SUL subscription account that already has two registrations recorded then a ‘registration limit exceeded’ warning message will appear. You then have two options

You can choose to de-select one of your existing registrations and swap it for the cookie you are trying to log in with. This can be done only once. You will need to contact our Customer Services e-support team to discuss any further changes to your registrations.

To view your current registrations go to:

Login - Home Page - Profile - Browser Registrations

Use one of your existing valid registrations to log in with instead

If you have any queries regarding access to your SUL subscription account please contact our Customer Services e-support team on +44 (0) 333 0917 023 or esupport@tso.co.uk
