How to choose the best licence for you
Choose a licence based on how many people are likely to use BP Online at the same time, not the size of your organisation.

Learn how access to a licence works
Your licence allows access for people across your organisation.
The number of people who can use BP Online at the same time depends on your licence. If all available user places are in use, another person must wait until someone signs out.
Users can access your licence by:
- accepting an invitation from a licence manager
- registering with an approved organisation email address
- signing in through OpenAthens or Shibboleth for eligible academic organisations
When someone signs out, another person can use the available access.
