Ph. Eur. issue 12.3 is now available in BP Online

The European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) issue 12.3 is now available as part of the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) 2026 online edition. You can access this in-year update by using your existing credentials.
Included in issue 12.3
One new general chapter and six new monographs, including:
- New general chapter on Quality of data (5.38) added to BP Supplementary Chapter IV
- New monographs for Chinese date, Insulin glargine injection, and Alteplase concentrated solution
Revisions to seven general chapters and a wide range of monographs, including:
- Updates to Total organic carbon in water and Dissolution testing methodologies
- Updates to Vaccines for human use and multiple Insulin-related monographs
- Revisions to Water for injections and Purified water
Reagent updates, including:
- Six new reagents
- Two modified reagents
- One deleted reagent (Thebaine)
