The BP would like your views on newly published draft texts

We are pleased to announce that the next public consultation and feedback period for draft revised texts is now open until 30 June 2026.

All draft texts are available on the draft texts webpage, which also includes instructions on how to submit comments. You can also view each draft text using the links below.

This consultation period contains four draft revised texts:
•    Rizatriptan Orodispersible Tablets
•    Nitrazepam Tablets
•    Nitrazepam Oral Suspension
•    Lidocaine Injection

This consultation forms part of the ongoing development of the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) and enables user feedback before updates to quality standards and guidance are adopted as legal standards.
