Ph. Eur. Issue 12.2 is now available online and to download

The content of the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) Issue 12.2 is now available as part of the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) 2026 online edition. You can access this in-year update by using your existing credentials.

Included in Issue 12.2: 

  • Three new general chapters and four new monographs
  • Revisions to five general chapters and a wide range of monographs
    • Updates to testing methodologies for mycoplasmas and carbon monoxide in gases
    • Significant updates to general vaccine monographs (human and veterinary) and multiple individual vaccine monographs
  • Corrections to one general chapter and multiple monographs. Corrected texts are to be applied as soon as possible
  • Reagent updates, including:
    • Two new reagents added to Appendix I (Chapter 4 of the Ph. Eur.);
    • Four modified reagents, including a change to linolenyl alcohol
